By accessing or using the OfficeX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

OfficeX is a workspace discovery and booking platform that connects users with workspace providers across Delhi NCR. We act as a facilitator and are not a workspace provider ourselves.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making inquiries or bookings. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass our systems, or submit false inquiries.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed directly with workspace providers. OfficeX does not process payments for workspace bookings. All payment terms are governed by the individual workspace provider's policies.

5. Listings Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate listing information. Workspace details including pricing, amenities, and availability are subject to change. We recommend confirming all details directly with the workspace provider before booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

OfficeX shall not be liable for any disputes between users and workspace providers. We provide the platform as-is and make no warranties about the quality or availability of listed spaces.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
